The Design
The client selected The Prime, a popular two-bedroom granny flat design, which was further customised to suit the site and his needs. The floor plan includes two well-proportioned bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a light-filled open plan kitchen, dining, and living space that flows out to an extended porch. This outdoor area was a key request from the client, providing extra space for relaxation and entertaining.

From the initial consultation through to handover, the project emphasised efficiency and minimal disruption to the existing tenant in the main home.
