- 02 Approvals
When your requirements and dreams are fully understood and the quote for the project has been accepted, we will begin the process to get formal council approval.
We prepare and arrange all necessary paperwork and present it to ensure all council requirements and controls are satisfied in order for us to obtain council approval to begin construction. This is a stress-free process for you; we’ve done this many times before and we know the controls, regulations and paperwork needed.
Once your submission is prepared, the Complying Development approval is obtained within 2 to 3 weeks.
The Development Application process through your local council can be longer with varied timeframes.
- 03 Construction
We are sure you will join our hundreds of delighted customers in agreeing that our build phase is expertly run. Congratulations your project is now approved. Your designation project manager will be in touch to coordinate a commencement date. Generally your build time will take 10-12 weeks.
