Completed Central Coast Granny Flat Ourimbah
Our client selected our contemporary two-bedroom design, The Dock, for her Ourimbah property. Delivered through a DA process with council delays, the granny flat was constructed on a slab on ground with a steel frame in a BAL 29 bushfire zone. Managed by Duke Brown and Dario Villar, the project followed standard specifications and was completed in 2023. Samantha, who lived in the main home during construction, later shared a glowing 5-star review praising Acrow’s patience through the approvals and loan process and the quality of the finished build.
