Promotion Overview
This promotion is offered by Acrow Granny Flats to eligible participants who book a site inspection by 16 December 2024. If the granny flat is not completed by 30 June 2025, eligible participants will receive a compensation of $5,000. All terms, conditions, and deadlines outlined below must be strictly adhered to in order to qualify for this promotion.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• Participants must book a site inspection by 16 December 2024, with a sales representative attending on-site by this date.
• The initial tender provided by Acrow Granny Flats must be signed by 23 December 2024.
• The promotion is only applicable to properties located within New South Wales.
• Only properties on flat blocks that qualify for concrete footings are eligible. Properties requiring bearers and joists do not qualify for this promotion.
• Participants’ properties must meet eligibility requirements under Complying Development Certificate (CDC) standards. Projects requiring a Development Application (DA) are not eligible.

3. Participant Obligations

• The client must complete the colour selection process and any required design choices by the dates specified in the project schedule provided after tender.
• All payment milestone dates outlined in the contract must be met by the client, or this promotion becomes void.

4. Site Conditions

• This offer is subject to the final assessment of site conditions. Acrow Granny Flats reserves the right to disqualify any project if unforeseen site conditions (such as soil type, slope, or access issues, or environmental limitations like Flood and Bushfire) prevent construction under the specified terms.

5. Compensation Clause

• If Acrow Granny Flats does not complete the granny flat by 30 June 2025 and all terms and conditions have been met by the client, Acrow will provide a $5,000 compensation to the client.
• Payment will be made within 30 days of the missed completion date, subject to confirmation that all client obligations and site conditions were met.

6. Exclusions and Limitations

• Acrow Granny Flats reserves the right to terminate or modify this promotion at any time, at its discretion.
• Any delay caused by events outside the control of Acrow Granny Flats, such as acts of nature, governmental restrictions, or third-party delays, will void the guarantee.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts.

7. Governing Law
This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from this promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

8. Acceptance
By participating in this promotion, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

If the tender,  is signed by 31 March 2025, eligible participants will receive a compensation of $20,000. All terms, conditions, and deadlines outlined below must be strictly adhered to in order to qualify for this promotion.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• Participants must book a site inspection by 16 December 2024, with a sales representative attending on-site by this date.
• The Design Pack must be requested, signed and paid by 31 January 2025.
• The Tender must be signed and deposit paid by 31 March 2025.
• The promotion is applicable to properties located within Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales.
• Only Home Extension tenders which consist of a second storey extension or a major (at least 50m2) ground floor extension are eligible.

3. Participant Obligations

• A minimum $15k deposit must be received on signing of the tender
• All payment milestone dates outlined in the contract must be met by the client, or this promotion becomes void.

4. Site Conditions
