The project
Cessnock has easy freeway access, offering commuters the opportunity to work in Central Coast or Newcastle but return to a more chilled-out, country life at home. The client wanted a property they could use to generate a rental income that would also add value to the existing property. Working with the client, Acrow Granny Flats designed and built a spacious two-bedroom granny flat. They chose our signature Prime design. The delightful weatherboard façade in a soft blue palette (Shades of Evening) and is accented by white architraves and timber slatting. The sunny porch area leads you into a spacious open plan living and kitchen area, perfect for entertaining with friends and family. The modern kitchen features Quantum Quartz stone benchtops in a beautiful Luna White and premium appliance, not to mention fantastic storage with plenty of cupboard space available. Premium timber laminate in beige oak features throughout the home and the split system reverse cycle air conditioning guarantees comfortable living all year-round. The two bedrooms are spacious and include built-in wardrobes. They are located on either side of the bathroom, providing additional privacy for the occupants. The monochromatic colour scheme of the bathroom continues the classic and effortless sophistication that flows throughout the home’s design.
